| Karen Classen's work has been shown at The Arts Center of St. Pete, PAVA and SunTan Art Center at the 'Island Art Festival' in Pass-A-Grille Beach. She has also displayed her work in the mid-Atlantic at the 'SoWeBo'- Baltimore. Her dynamic painting demonstrations in downtown St. Petersburg during Second Saturdays were noted by the media and have attracted art lovers, students and people curious to learn more about her painting process. A graduate of Ringling College of Art & Design, Karen Classen holds an associates degree in liberal arts from the University of Maryland. She is a painting instructor at Suntan Art Center. |
